And here we have the 'end' of the sequence that I felt made it necessary to
do the almost year long prequel that I did at Comics.com.
Everything up to this point would have been left out of "...level path."
Aside from the fact that the third panel here contains what remains as my
favorite picture of Madison, I thought that there was a lot of important
character interaction that would have been lost, if the December, January and early February
strips had been left out of the Comics.com run of "...level path."

(Yes, it did strike me at some point early last fall that all of these
strips might have been able to have been placed in their archive pages, but I don't
regret any of the new material I generated to lead into these strips.)
